Refund policy

Since we make each order fresh to order, we have a no return, no refund policy. However, if you are unhappy with you order for any reason, please let us know so we can try to make it right!  

Abandoned pick up orders: Your pick-up time and date is picked at checkout. If you need a date or time that does not show up on our website please reach out BEFORE placing your order.

If you are unable to meet at your scheduled pick-up time, and I am available, you will have a 24-hour grace period to pick up your order. If your order is not picked up within 24 hours, or I am not available at a later time, your order will be considered abandoned and will be donated. In these cases, a refund will NOT be issued.
